Bro. David was ordained and has been the pastor at Heritage since September of 2022.
He felt the calling of God to the work of the ministry in 2014, and spent the next years 5 preparing for this role under the mentorship of his pastor Con Howerton at Temple Baptist in Wichita, KS. After moving to Missouri he came and trained under his father in law to be in the work of the ministry.
John Nelson

Brother Nelson was a previously the pastor at Centropolis Baptist Church in Centropolis, KS for 9 years before a retired and gave the pastorate over and moved to our church, he became an evangelist with a focus on helping churches who loose their pastor for whatever reason, and pulpit supply.
he has a great way of working with kids and helping them engage the Word of God through preaching and teaching. He leads our children's church ministry when he is home and he is a tremendous help in other churches who look for help in their VBS, or other children's ministries.
